All tents must be staked down and have unobstructed space for set up/tear down. Tents cannot be set up in inclement weather such as if there will be high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. In the case of inclement weather, we advise to reschedule the event as cancellations of booking will result in loss of deposit amount as deposits are non-reufundable. If you reschedule, the deposit will be applied to the day your event is rescheduled to (date will be mutually agreed upon and depends on item availability).

Romero Gallo Rentals offers free delivery to the following areas: Oswego IL., Montgomery IL., Plainfield IL., Plano IL., Sandwich IL., Yorkville IL., Aurora IL., North Aurora IL., Sugar Grove IL., Geneva IL., and Naperville IL. We can deliver to other nearby areas depending on distance and order quantity. Delivery charges for areas outside our delivery zone will apply.
