IMPORTANT INFORMATION - TENT RENTALS 

• All tents must be staked down in grass. 

• Our team must come to visit your property to inspect and measure for tent rentals; please call us to schedule a date for an initial inspection at 331-725-9923

• The client must submit a JULIE/811-DIG request for the property to be marked by JULIE 1-2 days in advance of the event. This is to ensure we do not hit any utility lines such as gas, water, or electrical. If you have underground sprinklers, you must have these marked appropriately.

• Clients must be home at the time of tent installs in case our team may have questions during setup. 

• If you have pets, pets cannot be in or around the area when our team comes to setup. All pet waste must be cleaned up prior to our arrival for both set up and take down. If we arrive and pet waste has not been cleaned up, we will reschedule setup and additional fees will be assessed.

**PLEASE NOTE: All tents must be staked down and have unobstructed space for set up/tear down. Tents cannot be set up in inclement weather such as if there will be high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. In the case of inclement weather, we advise to reschedule the event as cancellations of booking will result in loss of deposit amount as deposits are non-reufundable. If you reschedule, the deposit will be applied to the day your event is rescheduled to (date will be mutually agreed upon and depends on item availability). Tents do not come with sides nor lights. Sides and lighting can be added at an additional cost.

Romero Gallo Rentals offers free delivery to the following areas: Oswego IL., Montgomery IL., Plainfield IL., Plano IL., Sandwich IL., Yorkville IL., Aurora IL., North Aurora IL., Sugar Grove IL., Geneva IL., and Naperville IL. We can deliver to other nearby areas depending on distance and order quantity. Delivery charges for areas outside our delivery zone will apply.
